Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Management: Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective customers from a curated lead database.
Consultative Selling:Articulate our product’s value proposition clearly, tailoring the pitch to meet the specific needs and pain points of each client.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent daily activity level of 50+ outbound calls
Relationship Building: Manage follow-ups and nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Performance Tracking: Document call outcomes and client feedback to optimize the sales process.
Shift Timings Standard Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Availability: Monday through Saturday
Compensation & Incentives Competitive Base Salary: 20,000/month
