About the Role
Wonders of Nano (WON) is looking for enthusiastic and confident Calling Executives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have good communication skills and are eager to build a successful career in customer calling and backend support.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain company products and offers professionally.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer requirements.
- Maintain daily call reports and work updates.
- Handle customer queries politely and effectively.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Data Entry).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Confidence while speaking over calls.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Team player with a professional attitude.
- Basic typing and computer proficiency.
