Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, positioning, and growth of our nutraceutical product portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in marketing, consumer insights, and product innovation with a strong understanding of the nutraceuticals industry. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and execution excellence to build brand equity and drive market share.
Key Responsibilities
· Share brand rules and training so everyone uses the same message.
· Track results like market share, brand awareness, and campaign success.
· Write reports and suggest changes to improve brand performance.
· Run marketing campaigns on digital, retail, and healthcare platforms.
· Handle packaging, ads, and promotions to make the brand more visible.
· Team up with sales to plan how products will reach the market
· Make brand plans that match the company’s vision and market needs.
· Decide the brand’s look, message, and position so products stand out.
· Study the market to find new chances and possible risks.
· Use customer feedback to create marketing ideas and new products.
· Work with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams to launch products.
· Manage all products so they fit brand goals and make profit
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
· 5–8 years of experience in brand management, preferably within nutraceuticals, FMCG, or healthcare.
· Strong knowledge of nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and regulatory frameworks.
· Proven track record of managing successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
