Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Learning & Development Executive / Warehouse Trainer to train and develop blue-collar employees in warehouse operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse processes and employee training, with the ability to improve workforce productivity, discipline, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and on-the-job training for warehouse employees and associates.
- Train blue-collar workforce on warehouse operations, SOPs, safety practices, and productivity standards.
- Develop and implement training modules related to warehouse processes, material handling, scanning, dispatch, inventory management, and workplace safety.
- Monitor employee performance and identify training needs.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to ensure smooth training execution.
- Conduct refresher training sessions and performance improvement programs.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, operational guidelines, and safety standards.
- Support employee engagement and skill development initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
