We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is enthusiastic about helping people, solving problems, and delivering great service. This Job offers hands-on exposure to real customer interactions, tools, and business processes-giving you a strong foundation in customer support and client management.

Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat

Understand issues and provide accurate and timely solutions

Assist users in navigating product features and functionalities

Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical/product issues

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and tickets

Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social platforms

Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams

Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience process

Graduation completed (mandatory)

Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of CRM/helpdesk tools is a plus
