JD: UI/UX Designer
Our client is an research lab working on experimental AI products. We are a fully remote team based mostly in the APAC region.
We are looking for a Designer who can join our team.
Job Description
- Collaborate with team to define product requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Conduct user research, user testing, and usability studies to identify pain points, validate design concepts, and inform product decisions.
- Develop and communicate design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
- Produce high-quality designs that are consistent with brand guidelines, design systems
- Work closely with software engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet product requirements.
- Continuously improve the design process by implementing design thinking methodologies, user-centered design principles, and agile development practices.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates product design experience
- At least 4 years of experience working as a UI/UX or Product Designer.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design systems.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Experience with user research, user testing, and usability studies to inform product decisions.
- Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
- Plus: Experience with enterprise product design
