Your main responsibility is to call candidates, inform them that their profile has been shortlisted for specific roles and companies, explain why this opportunity matters, and gauge their interest. Candidate Outreach Associate (Intern / Executive)
You will be the first voice our shortlisted candidates hear. Your main responsibility is to call candidates, inform them that their profile has been shortlisted for specific roles and companies, explain why this opportunity matters, and gauge their interest. Make 100–120 outbound calls per day to shortlisted candidates from the database / ATS.
Clearly explain the role, company, location, shift, and key highlights in a way that makes the opportunity feel important and worth pursuing.
Assess candidate interest, answer basic queries, and address common objections (timing, location, notice period, etc.)
Maintain accurate call logs and candidate status updates in the tracker/ATS (e.g., “contacted”, “interested”, “not interested”, “call back”).
Follow up via call/WhatsApp/email as needed to keep candidates engaged until interview or offer stage.
Work closely with the recruitment/HR team to understand role priorities and update them on candidate response patterns.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language (clear speech, polite tone, confident phone etiquette).
Smart, quick learner who can grasp job details fast and explain them simply.
Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily and handling rejection professionally.
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel, email, WhatsApp).
Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, sales, or recruitment outreach is a plus but not mandatory for interns.
Direct Path to Full-Time: Outstanding performance can lead to contract extension or conversion to a full-time role.
