Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site activities related to finishing and interior works.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Manage material requirements and inventory.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Handle measurement sheets, client inspections, and site documentation.
- Report daily work progress to the Project Manager/Management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fresher in finishing & interior work projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, workmanship standards, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (civil & interior layouts).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), and basic project reporting.
