Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Luxury 5-Star Hotel
Requirements-
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in the hotel hospitality industry.
- At least 2–3 years in a leadership role within Food & Beverage operations.
- Luxury 5-star hotel experience is mandatory.
- Diploma or Undergraduate degree in the relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading and managing all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and lounges.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining luxury service standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop F&B teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and service quality.
- Drive revenue through menu engineering, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
