About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to independently handle HVAC site execution, from planning to handover, with strong technical knowledge of AC systems and ductable/VRF/split units.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HVAC site operations – execution, coordination, and closure
- Take accurate site measurements and support layout/drawing verification
- Manage material planning, indenting, and site-level inventory control
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of AC/HVAC equipment
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, schedules, and quality standards
- Monitor site progress and report status/delays to seniors/management
- Handle labour allocation and daily work planning at site
- Ensure compliance with safety norms during installation and servicing
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with vendors for spares/support
- Maintain site documentation – reports, checklists, material records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning projects
- Strong knowledge of AC & HVAC systems (Split, Ductable, VRF)
- Good understanding of site execution, drawings, and BOQ
- Team handling and vendor coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word for reporting

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
