Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Ricoh Copier Service Engineer / Service Manager to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Ricoh multifunction printers and photocopiers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure Ricoh photocopiers and multifunction printers.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints promptly.
- Replace defective spare parts and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with customers and provide technical support.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls.
- (For Service Manager) Lead the service team, assign daily calls, monitor engineer performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in servicing Ricoh photocopiers.
- Hands-on experience with Ricoh.
- Knowledge of copier troubleshooting, networking, and firmware updates.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
Preferred Skills
- Strong fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown support.
- Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
