PEB Design Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the structural design and detailing of PEB structures.
Key Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) using STAAD.Pro.
Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Design PEB structures in accordance with applicable Indian Standards (IS Codes) and American Standards (AISC/ASCE/MBMA, as applicable).
Ensure compliance with all applicable design codes and project specifications.
Prepare, review, and interpret structural calculations and design reports.
Coordinate with detailing, production, fabrication, and project execution teams to resolve design-related issues.
Optimize structural designs for safety, economy, and manufacturability.
Provide technical support during fabrication and site erection when required.
Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design.
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Thorough understanding of IS Codes related to steel structures and loading (such as IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, and other applicable standards).
Knowledge of American design standards, including AISC, ASCE, and MBMA, for PEB design.
Strong understanding of structural analysis, steel connections, and PEB systems.
Ability to interpret and review AB Plans, GA Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, and related engineering documents.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience
0–3 years of experience in structural design or PEB design.
Freshers with strong academic knowledge, proficiency in STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD, and relevant project/internship experience in steel structures or PEB design are encouraged to apply.
Location: Urla Raipur
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
