Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer with Mechanical background to join our team as a Site Engineer. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of mechanical systems used in high-rise, multistorey, and commercial building projects.The role involves supporting site execution activities, assisting in coordination with different teams, and ensuring work is carried out as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to work on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site execution for high-rise and commercial building projects.
- Ensure compliance with structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, and machinery at the site.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of construction.
- Maintain records of work executed, material consumption, and labor deployment.
- Ensure safety regulations are strictly followed at the construction site.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues or bottlenecks on site.
- Review and verify subcontractor work, bills, and documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Expertise in execution of multistorey and high-rise buildings.
· Solid understanding of Mechanical engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
· Strong knowledge of structural detailing, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing works.
· Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
· Thorough understanding of building codes, safety standards, and QA/QC practices.
· Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Life Science, commercial projects, corporate towers, educational Institution.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for construction project tracking.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
