About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Travel Desk Executive to manage all official travel arrangements for employees. The role involves handling end to-end domestic and international travel bookings, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance with company policies, and smooth coordination between employees, vendors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all employee travel requirements — including flight, train, hotel, and cab bookings.
* Ensure bookings are made as per company travel policy and budget guidelines.
* Handle visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation for international trips.
* Maintain records of travel expenses, itineraries, and approvals.
* Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to negotiate corporate rates.
* Coordinate with employees for travel schedules, changes, or cancellations.
* Prepare and share regular travel MIS reports with management.
* Assist in event/travel planning for conferences, meetings, and official visits.
* Ensure seamless travel experience and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
* Coordinating with HR for filing & calculating travel reimbursement of PAN India team as per company guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* 3–6 years of experience in a corporate travel desk role.
* Strong knowledge of domestic & international travel processes, ticketing systems, and vendor coordination.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and travel portals (e.g., MakeMyTrip, EaseMyTrip, Amadeus, etc.).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
* High attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
