Job Description
FTFL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Stay updated on latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1.5years - 2 years above in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
Required Skills:
Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
Prototyping & Wireframing: InVision, Balsamiq
Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.js/React is a plus)
User Research & Usability Testing: A/B testing, Heatmaps
Version Control: Git
Platforms: Web and Mobile (iOS & Android)
