Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities
- Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media, and networks
- Screen and assess candidates based on role fit and communication
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
- Proficiency in MS Excel
