Position Overview
SiO Suites is seeking a seasoned and visionary General Manager with 15–20 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the hotel and restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, and driving sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, a refined understanding of luxury hospitality standards, and the ability to manage operations, corporate relations, financial performance, and team development with a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Hotel Operations
· Provide overall leadership and direction for the smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel.
· Ensure exceptional standards across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and all guest-facing areas.
· Establish and maintain operational SOPs, service benchmarks, and quality standards.
· Proactively address operational challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
Front Office & Guest Experience
· Oversee reservations, room inventory, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest service standards.
· Personally manage VIP guests, corporate clients, and escalated guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
· Ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable guest journey.
Restaurant & Food & Beverage Management
· Supervise overall restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
· Coordinate closely with culinary and service teams to maintain consistency, efficiency, and cost control.
· Monitor food quality, inventory, procurement, and operational expenses.
Corporate Relations & Revenue Growth
· Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and business associates.
· Prepare professional proposals, corporate rate agreements, and commercial quotations.
· Drive occupancy growth, optimize revenue opportunities, and identify new business avenues.
Financial Management & Commercial Control
· Monitor daily revenue performance, billing accuracy, collections, and outstanding payments.
· Ensure timely follow-up and updates on corporate receivables and credit accounts.
· Review MIS reports, occupancy analysis, revenue trends, and operational expenses.
· Coordinate with the Accounts department to ensure accurate invoicing, GST compliance, and financial discipline.
Communication & Business Correspondence
· Manage all official correspondence, including guest communications, corporate emails, proposals, agreements, and business negotiations.
· Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries, feedback, and operational matters.
People Leadership & Development
· Lead, inspire, and mentor departmental teams to achieve operational excellence.
· Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, staff discipline, and professional grooming.
· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional hospitality.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· 15–20 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with prior experience in a senior leadership role.
· Proven expertise in managing premium hotels, restaurants, and guest service operations.
· Strong knowledge of PMS software, revenue management, budgeting, and hospitality compliance.
· Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
· Strong commercial acumen, decision-making ability, and a proactive leadership approach.
Role Expectation
The General Manager will serve as the driving force behind SiO Suites’ commitment to refined hospitality, ensuring impeccable service standards, operational excellence, financial performance, and enduring relationships with guests and corporate partners.
Pay: ₹22,336.46 - ₹35,000.44 per month
