Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day hotel operations as a hands-on team leader.
Oversee front office operations and ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and stay experiences.
Handle floor-level operational issues and resolve escalations promptly.
Manage guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and empathy.
Respond to and oversee all operational emails, client communications, and business correspondence.
Act as the primary point of contact for guests during critical situations and service-related issues.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure efficient operations and adherence to service standards.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and foster a positive work culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
Drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and overall operational efficiency.
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Operations Experience: 10+ years in hotel operations with leadership experience preferred.
Pay: ₹22,336.46 - ₹35,000.44 per month
