About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Branding Expert to develop, Design, strengthen, and maintain our brand identity across all channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand positioning, designing, and taking care of visual consistency and customer perception while ensuring alignment with business goals. The candidate should have strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer perception studies.
- Create brand positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, UI/UX teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage rebranding initiatives and brand enhancement projects.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend website improvements.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards.
- Work closely with content creators, UI/UX and web teams.
- Design marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, banners, and advertisements.
- Create social media creatives, infographics, videos, and email marketing assets.
- Develop website graphics, landing page visuals, and promotional materials.
- Design sales enablement materials and corporate presentations.
- Ensure consistency with company branding guidelines.
- Create visual concepts for campaigns and events.
- Prepare print-ready and digital design files.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Design, branding, brand management, or strategic marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand architecture, positioning, and storytelling.
- Experience with brand guidelines and identity systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology, B2B marketing, lead generation industries, SaaS, CRM, or data-driven businesses.
- Working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Portfolio showcasing successful branding projects.
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation industries.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools.
