Job Summary
- Drive financial governance, statutory compliance, and business partnering functions.
- Ensure robust financial controls, transparent reporting, and sustainable value creation.
- Support growth across engineering, manufacturing, and technology-driven businesses.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Indian GAAP, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage audits, taxation, transfer pricing, statutory filings, and financial statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cashflow management.
- Provide finance support for contracts, capex proposals, and long-term projects.
- Drive process automation, efficiency improvements, and governance initiatives.
- Partner with operational teams and leadership for business decision support.
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams.
Education & Experience
CA / ICWA / CIMA with 6–8 years corporate experience OR CA Inter / MBA Finance with 12+ years relevant experience.
Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
