Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.), LinkedIn lead generation, and cold emailing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and international partners.
- Draft and present business proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align project goals and strategies.
- Manage client communications from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential areas of business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
Must Have Requirements:
- Proven experience with all major freelance platforms and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Strong ability in cold email outreach and direct client networking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).
- Regular shift availability (day shift) but must be open to working 1–2 hours in the evening when required.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
Optional / Preferred:
- Comfortable working in afternoon shifts (flexibility will be provided).
- Prior experience in the IT services or software development domain.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
