Production Supervisor – Manufacturing
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure that production targets, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements are met.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating production activities, managing manpower, monitoring workflow, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production planning and execution as per production targets
- Supervise and coordinate production team member
- Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards
- Identify and resolve production-related issues
- Optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor material and inventory requirements
- Train, guide, and motivate production personnel
- Maintain daily production records and prepare reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related field
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
- Good team management and communication skills
- Ability to handle production manpower
