Key Responsibilities:
- Complete management of Hospital Billing Operations including OPD, IPD and Cash Billing
- Handling and coordination of all Government & PSU Panels
- Expertise in ECHS, CGHS, PMJAY Ayushman Bharat and Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Health Scheme billing processes
- Management of all major TPA and Cashless Insurance claims
- Monitoring billing accuracy, revenue cycle management and claim settlements
- Preparation and analysis of daily, monthly and management MIS reports
- Coordination with clinical, finance and insurance departments for smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, statutory guidelines and audit requirements
Key Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant hospital billing experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems and package management
- Experience in handling Government schemes, TPAs and corporate billing
- Excellent analytical, communication and team management skills
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and MIS reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment
