Control Room Operator job typically involves responding to consumer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive consumer experience through various channels like phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and efficient responses to receive, review and revert the consumer's complaints on phone, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication provided by the organisation.
- Addressing and resolving consumer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently. analyse, identify faults, if any, and prepare a report of CCMS and Lights from the SCADA Portal.
- Resolve and respond to the consumer after confirming with the field maintenance team.
- Daily updates on ILM working and send details of LIGHT failure to the Maintenance team, also updates on resolved work to the Project Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer consumer queries
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues with other team members and departments to ensure consumer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer requests and issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
