Smoke Culture by Steve is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update vendor and purchase ledgers.
- Process and file purchase invoices accurately.
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
- Verify supplier invoices and maintain documentation.
- Support data entry, reporting, and basic accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, stores, and procurement teams for inventory records.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
