Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Company Description: Kannu Ki Chai (KKC) is India’s premier tea café chain, serving over 1 million cups monthly across 50+ nationwide outlets. Headquartered in Pune, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a process-driven leader to optimize our end-to-end supply ecosystem.
Job Summary: We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager at our Deccan Head Office to lead procurement, warehouse logistics, and material distribution. You will ensure uninterrupted supply continuity across all outlets, manage vendor networks, minimize food wastage, and optimize procurement costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement: Source raw materials, packaging, and consumables; negotiate vendor pricing and quality contracts.
- Warehouse & Stock: Oversee regional warehouse inventory, set accurate reorder points, and eliminate stock shortages or wastage.
- Distribution: Coordinate timely dispatch and logistics schedules from central storage to all café outlets.
- Cost Control: Analyze purchase costs, monitor consumption patterns, and implement supply chain automation/ERP processes.
- Compliance: Align operations with Finance and Quality assurance teams while maintaining precise inventory MIS reports. [2, 3]

Requirements:
- Experience: 6–10 years in QSR, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail supply chains.
- Education: Graduate or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
- Skills: Expert in vendor negotiation, inventory control systems (ERP), and data analysis.
- Location: Based at Deccan Head Office (Pune) with moderate travel to warehouses and vendors.
