Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of STEM and robotics-based interventions across schools and geographies
Act as a bridge between community, school ecosystems, government stakeholders, and CSR partners
Facilitate capacity building of educators, including TOTs, academic support, and usage of tech-enabled tools
Design and implement activity-based learning modules, aligned with national curriculum frameworks (NCF/NEP)
Develop and track output and outcome-level indicators through regular MIS updates and field monitoring
Ensure gender-inclusive and context-sensitive approaches in STEM delivery
Coordinate field logistics, procurement, and timely delivery of learning resources
Document case studies, impact narratives, and field learnings for
reporting and knowledge sharing
Education:
Postgraduate in Social Work / Development Studies / Education
A combination with STEM/technical background (e.g., engineering, B.Ed.
with STEM focus) will be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in the development sector
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale education or EdTech programs, preferably under CSR
Proven track record in field coordination, team management, and community engagement
Core Competencies:
Strong understanding of STEM pedagogy, digital learning tools, and experiential education models
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder engagement, from school authorities to CSR donors
Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and outcome reporting
Familiarity with project management tools, monitoring systems, and MIS platforms
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and grassroots innovation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
