Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Executive Engineer to join our manufacturing team at our Rudrapur facility. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in quality inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining inspection records, and supporting the production team in delivering defect-free products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Inspect fabricated and assembled components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using Vernier calipers, measuring tapes, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Identify defects and report quality issues to the Senior Quality Engineer.
- Maintain daily inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Ensure products comply with approved specifications before dispatch.
- Coordinate with Production and Fabrication teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Follow ISO 9001 quality procedures and company quality standards.
- Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper handling of inspection equipment and maintain workplace safety.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with quality measuring instruments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 01 year of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Engineering.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and industrial training may also apply.
