About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to accelerate the distribution of financial products and drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial product sales, relationship management, and business development, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AUM growth by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing investors.
- Promote and distribute Mutual Funds, SIFs, Insurance, Loans, Fixed Income products, and other investment solutions. With a key focus on Mutual funds and SIF
- Build and manage relationships with retail investors, HNIs, corporates, referral partners, MFDs, and IFAs.
- Identify opportunities for SIPs, portfolio consolidation, insurance, and lending solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through referrals, partnerships, events, and digital initiatives.
- Conduct client meetings, investor awareness sessions, and financial planning discussions.
- Leverage Wealthh.in to provide a seamless digital onboarding and investment experience.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM while working closely with operations and marketing teams.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for AUM growth, revenue, and client acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in wealth management, banking, NBFCs, insurance, fintech, or financial product distribution.
- Proven experience selling or distributing Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Loans, Fixed Income, or other financial products.
- Demonstrated track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales or AUM growth targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading and mentoring junior team members.
- NISM, IRDAI, or other relevant financial certifications are preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
