Business Development Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – M&A to identify growth opportunities
through acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances. The role involves sourcing and
evaluating potential deals, managing transactions, building strong industry relationships, and
supporting business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping.
● Evaluate potential acquisitions based on financial, operational, and strategic fit.
● Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiations,
documentation, and deal closure.
● Coordinate with legal, finance, tax, compliance, and external advisors during
transactions.
● Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, healthcare providers, clinics,
hospitals, and strategic partners.
● Drive partnerships and expansion opportunities across new markets and regions.
● Present recommendations and transaction updates to senior leadership.
● Support post-merger integration and track business performance after acquisitions.
Desired Qualifications
● 2–6 years of experience in business development, franchising, or retail expansion.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Comfortable with travel and field work.
● Self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
