About the Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be at the forefront of expanding Pringle Robotics’ reach, developing new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple markets.
This role blends strategic sales leadership, relationship building, and real-world engagement. You’ll connect with decision-makers in restaurants, hotels, senior living communities, schools, gyms, hospitals, country clubs, stadiums, and more… helping them experience how robotics can elevate efficiency, service, and innovation.
You will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), collaborating on growth strategies, reporting progress, and ensuring that every client experience reflects Pringle’s commitment to excellence.

Your Day-to-Day
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key industries.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and solution-based selling.
- Collaborate with the CSO to set and track sales goals, maintaining accurate CRM data and forecasting.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate ROI and operational transformation.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and community events to promote Pringle Robotics.
- Partner with Customer Success and Technical teams to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to inform strategy.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Who You Are
- A motivated and strategic sales professional with 3+ years of experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, automation, or hospitality.
- Skilled in consultative selling, cold calling, and lead generation through both digital and community outreach.
- Confident in managing multiple relationships and complex sales cycles.
- A clear communicator who listens, understands client needs, and provides impactful solutions.
- Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented with a genuine passion for innovation.
- Bonus: Experience selling into hospitality, healthcare, education, or service-based industries.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
