Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher for IIT Foundation (Classes 6–7) who can build strong mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills in students. The teacher should be able to introduce logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and competitive exam foundation concepts to prepare students for future examinations like IIT-JEE and other competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics for IIT Foundation to Classes 6 and 7.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities in students.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans, worksheets, and practice problems.
- Introduce students to logical reasoning, mental ability, and analytical thinking.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practice tests to track progress.
- Provide individual support and doubt-clearing sessions for students.
- Encourage students to participate in Olympiads and competitive exams.
- Maintain student performance records and academic reports.
- Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to make mathematics engaging.
- Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and curriculum planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Engineering / Science or related field.
- B.Ed preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics.
- Ability to teach advanced and logical problem-solving techniques.
- Good communication and explanation skills.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Ability to motivate students towards competitive exam preparation.
Experience
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics or IIT / Olympiad Foundation programs preferred.
- Freshers with strong mathematical background may also apply.
Additional Information
- Candidates with experience in IIT Foundation, Olympiad training, or competitive exam coaching will be preferred.
- Should be passionate about teaching mathematics and mentoring young students.
