- Call and remind customers about upcoming insurance expiries.
- Provide renewal quotes and explain benefits and options clearly.
- Process insurance renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to get competitive rates and approvals.
- Ensure all required documents for renewal are collected and verified.
- Maintain accurate records of all renewal transactions.
- Resolve customer queries regarding insurance coverage and policy terms.
- Build trust and rapport to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to track vehicle insurance status.
- Prepare daily/weekly renewal status reports for management.
- Promote add-ons and upgrades (zero depreciation, engine cover, etc.) during renewals.
