About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst – ERPNext who can understand business requirements, interact with clients and stakeholders, analyze business processes, and work closely with technical teams to deliver effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and meetings.
- Analyze business processes and identify suitable solutions.
- Understand and map requirements to ERPNext modules and workflows.
- Prepare BRDs, functional documents, process flows, and user stories.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams.
- Assist with testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain solutions to clients.
- Support ERP implementation and post-implementation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow up on requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with people.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand requirements and ask the right questions.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn ERPNext and ERP business processes.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
