Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Product Demo Executive who can effectively showcase RingEmAll's AI-powered sales and customer engagement platform to prospective clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the confidence to engage with business owners, sales leaders, and decision-makers. Prior experience in SaaS, software, CRM, telephony, or technology product demonstrations will be an advantage.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, understanding business challenges, and demonstrating how technology can solve them.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and tailor demos according to their business use cases.
- Demonstrate RingEmAll's AI calling, lead qualification, WhatsApp automation, CRM integrations, analytics, and meeting booking capabilities.
- Explain product features, benefits, and ROI clearly and confidently.
- Handle client queries, objections, and technical questions during demo sessions.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for lead qualification and follow-up activities.
- Maintain detailed demo records in CRM.
- Share product updates and new feature information with prospects.
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to provide market feedback.
- Support webinar sessions, product launches, and customer onboarding activities when required.
Required Skills

- Good understanding of SaaS products, CRM systems, or sales technology platforms.

- Comfortable conducting video meetings and virtual presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Demo, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, SaaS Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to AI products, telephony solutions, customer engagement platforms, or automation software is preferred.
