Job Title: WordPress Developer
Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Location: Ahmedabad
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites and web applications
- Build user interfaces based on design specifications and wireframes
- Convert layouts and wireframes into fully functional HTML pages
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements
- Work with premium themes like Avada, Uncode, Divi, etc.
- Use page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery to create custom layouts
- Integrate and manage Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for flexible content management
- Utilize debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc., to troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless project execution
- Implement RESTful API integrations and handle data formats such as JSON and XML
- Follow version control practices using tools like Git, SVN, or Mercurial
- Maintain clean, optimized, and well-documented code
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 0.6 to 1 year of experience as a WordPress Developer
- Strong programming skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices
- Experience in building user interfaces for websites and web applications
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and standard data formats (JSON, XML)
- Ability to work with debugging tools for front-end and back-end troubleshooting
- Proficient in using version control systems like Git, SVN, or Mercurial
- Working knowledge of ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
- Good design sense with knowledge of layout, color, typography, and element positioning
- Experience customizing and managing premium WordPress themes
- Hands-on experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery)
