Here's an *Hotel
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical.
- Troubleshoot and repair AC units, including cleaning filters and checking refrigerant levels
- Fix leaks, unclog drains, and perform other plumbing tasks as needed
- Change light bulbs, fixtures, and other electrical components
- Assist in carpentry and painting tasks, such as fixing furniture and repairing walls
- Conduct regular checks to ensure hotel equipment and systems are functioning properly
- Report any major issues or repairs needed to the maintenance supervisor or manager
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance room.
