Position: Liaisoning & Admin Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesLiaisoning & Government Coordination
- Visit government offices for property-related approvals, registrations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with departments such as Sub-Registrar Office, Panchayat, Municipality, Revenue Department, Town & Country Planning (TCP), Electricity Department, and other government authorities as required.
- Follow up on applications, approvals, licenses, certificates, and legal documents.
- Maintain good relationships with government officials and external agencies.
Property Site Inspection
- Conduct site inspections of properties as assigned.
- Verify property details, boundaries, access roads, and other relevant information.
- Prepare inspection reports with photographs and observations.
- Coordinate with the sales and legal teams regarding site updates.
Documentation & Agreement Drafting
- Draft and prepare property-related agreements, including Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements, Rent Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and other legal documents.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with advocates and clients for document execution.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents.
- Handle document scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate courier, correspondence, and office administration activities.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to properties and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in liaisoning, administration, or the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of drafting property agreements and legal documentation.
- Familiarity with government procedures related to real estate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike).
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel frequently for site inspections and government office visits.

- Knowledge of real estate documentation and property laws.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
