We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Noida Branch Office and contribute to our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Identify and develop relationships with EPC contractors, builders, developers, infrastructure companies, consultants, and government contractors.
- Promote the company's Scaffolding, Formwork, Shuttering, and Steel Fabrication products.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and project site visits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams for timely project execution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular MIS reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong B2B sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of Scaffolding, Formwork, Shuttering, or Construction Materials.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–5 years in sales of Scaffolding, Formwork, Shuttering, Steel Fabrication, Construction Materials, or Infrastructure Products.
- Education:
- MBA (Marketing/Sales/Operations), or
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates with experience dealing with EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, or government projects will be preferred.
