- Develop new fashion designs, styles, patterns, and collections as per market trends.
- Create hand sketches and digital design concepts for dresses and garments.
- Select suitable fabrics, colors, trims, embellishments, prints, and accessories.
- Prepare design sheets, specifications, and references for production.
- Coordinate with sketchers, pattern makers, sampling, embroidery, printing, and production teams.
- Develop samples and make necessary design modifications based on fitting and quality feedback.
- Research current fashion trends, customer preferences, colors, and market demand.
- Ensure designs are commercially viable and suitable for bulk production.
- Maintain records of approved designs, samples, fabrics, and design references.
- Work closely with merchandising and sales teams for customer-specific designs.
- Ensure timely completion of new collections and design developments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
