Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of OPD and IPD departments.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, billing, and support services.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns promptly.
- Manage departmental staff, schedules, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in OPD/IPD management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Hospital Management Systems (HMS) and MS Office.
- Ability to manage teams and maintain high standards of patient care and service.
