Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent food and beverage service to guests
- Welcome customers and assist with menu selection
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure proper table setup and service presentation
- Assist in billing and payment processing when required
- Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
