Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build positive relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
Prepare and submit call reports and activity updates.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle customer objections and maintain professionalism.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
