Job Description
This is a high-ownership role responsible for building and scaling B2B sales, distribution, and day-
to-day operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the founders to drive revenue,
streamline execution, and set up systems across sales, delivery, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate leads across distributors, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants & corporate clients
- Conduct field visits, cold outreach, and relationship-driven sales
- Pitch, negotiate, and close B2B deals while ensuring profitability
- Drive monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Distributor & Market Development
- Build and expand distributor network in assigned territories
- Onboard new partners and ensure consistent order flow
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
Operations & Execution
- Coordinate with production and logistics for timely dispatch and fulfillment
- Resolve on-ground operational issues including delivery delays and stock gaps
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of sales and delivery operations
Skills & Attributes

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
