Key Requirements:
Industry Experience: Proven background with companies manufacturing building materials, such as Electrical panel & Electrical Fittings.
Project Segment Expertise: Background in project sales for sectors like Government, Private, Contractors, Institutions, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings, Shopping Malls, Industries, and Corporate Offices.
Regional Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West, Ghaziabad, Meerut, and the NCR regions.
Professional Network: Established rapport with key decision-makers, meeting with architects, PMCs, and contractors regularly to secure product specifications.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Project Engagement: Identify new projects, generate leads, and build connections with key contacts to promote our fire safety products.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales process, from presenting product offerings to submitting catalogues, negotiating quotations, and executing orders.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Data Management: Maintain and submit all sales data and customer information as per company standards.
Client Relationship Management: Regularly meet with government officials, purchase teams, and project personnel to strengthen client relationships.
Additional Requirements:
Conveyance: Must have own conveyance.
Location Preference: Candidates residing within 20 km of Unit 2, Noida will be prioritized.
