Role description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise storage platforms using NetApp and Pure Storage.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage and backup-related incidents.
- Handle ServiceNow incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem tickets.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure operational SLAs are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Storage Operations Engineer (NetApp & Pure Storage)
- Experience in automating repetitive operational tasks using scripting or automation tools to improve team efficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a positive attitude toward continuous learning and adopting new technologies are essential for success in this role.
