- Develop and execute media strategies across paid digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and other performance platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Create comprehensive media plans based on client objectives, target audience insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies to improve KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts while ensuring timely delivery and achievement of campaign goals.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights through platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Prepare client reports and presentations, showcasing campaign performance, insights, recommendations, and future growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive advantage for clients.
- Mentor and manage junior performance marketing executives, ensuring best practices, process adherence, and continuous team development.
