Full Job Description:DivineVision Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Full-time Telecaller to join our team in Rourkela. You will handle outbound customer calls, manage client inquiries, and drive sales targets. We provide comprehensive training for newcomers.Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Base Salary: Starting ₹7,500 per month
- Incentive Structure: Earn an additional ₹4,000 performance bonus for every ₹5 Lakh in sales achieved.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass required.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
