Job Summary :-
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to independently manage the complete accounting functions of a Trading Firm. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, daily cash and bank transactions, bank reconciliation, receivables and payables, stock accounting, ERP entries, monthly financial statements and MIS reporting. The role also involves ensuring timely GST and TDS compliance and statutory filings.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and other MIS
- Maintaining Accurate Accounting Records
- Daily cash management (Cash Collection, Petty Cash & Bank Transactions)
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Monitoring and Reporting Receivables and payables
- Monitoring stocks and its valuation
- ERP Accounting Entries
- Statutory filings - GST and TDS
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in Trading / Wholesale / Distribution companies will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Receivables, Payables, and Inventory Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Candidate should be able to independently manage complete accounts.
- Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Should be accurate, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
