Job Description
BharatBest Fintech Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and target-oriented Telecallers / Loan Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in loan sales, customer handling, and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers and explain our loan products.
- Generate quality leads through outbound calling.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for document collection and loan processing.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling & sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2+ years of Telecalling or Loan Sales experience.
- Experience in Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Credit Cards, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English is an added advantage.
- Good convincing and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
