Suha Digitech is seeking a polished, high-energy Lead Office Admin & Sales to be the face and voice of our brand-new boutique campus in Kochi.
This is a dynamic, multi-tasking role. You will be responsible for Customer Relations & Front-Office Admin (creating an outstanding first impression, managing operations, and hosting visitors) and Sales Coordination (guiding prospective students through our courses, making follow-up calls, and driving enrollments).
Your natural public speaking or anchoring ability will be key in presenting our programs to groups of parents, hosting student orientations, and representing our brand with confidence.
Core Responsibilities1. Customer Relations & Front-Office Admin (50%)
- First Impression: Greet walk-in students, parents, and VIP partners with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude.
- Office Administration: Maintain an immaculate, premium reception area. Manage incoming calls, visitor logs, and daily office coordination.
- Data & Tracking: Efficiently manage student registration details, update daily lead trackers on Google Sheets/Excel, and coordinate classroom batch timings.
- Campus Presenter: Use your strong public speaking/anchoring skills to lead campus tours, host student orientations, and open tech workshops or events.
2. Course Counseling & Sales Outreach (50%)
- In-Person Counseling: Sit down with prospective students, explain our tech courses (Python, AI, Full-Stack), and guide them confidently toward enrollment.
- Tele-Sales & Follow-ups: Call interested prospects from our shared inquiry list. Answer their questions warmly, build trust, and schedule them for campus visits.
- Target-Driven Performance: Proactively work toward weekly and monthly student enrollment targets to help grow the Kochi center.
What We’re Looking For (Key Requirements)
- Excellent Communication: Flawless, polite, and persuasive speaking skills in both Malayalam and English.
- The Anchoring Edge (Must-Have): Highly confident public speaking skills. You should have zero stage fear and be comfortable presenting to groups or speaking on camera.
- The Sales Mindset: Strong active listening skills. You must be comfortable making follow-up calls and naturally closing admissions.
- Technical Awareness: A basic understanding of Python and programming concepts (or the willingness to learn them quickly during onboarding) to speak intelligently to prospective tech students.
- Admin Discipline: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic software (Word, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).
What We Offer
